This website is operated by Barrow LLC, a final-mile transportation carrier headquartered in Minnesota. By using it you agree to these terms. The public pages describe our services and how to contact us; the client portal is available only to clients who have been given access, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential.
Information on this site
The equipment, availability and service descriptions on this site are general information about what Barrow offers. They are not an offer to carry any particular shipment, and they do not guarantee capacity, timing, coverage or price for any request.
Transportation services
Transportation services are provided only under a scope, rate and any additional terms agreed in writing for each shipment before the load is accepted. Inside delivery, tradeshow and convention deliveries, airport recovery, after-hours and weekend work, waiting time and any accessorial services are included only when they have been disclosed and agreed in advance. Nothing on this site adds to or changes what has been agreed for a specific shipment.
Website availability and liability
We work to keep this site and the client portal accurate and available, but we provide them as-is and may change or withdraw them at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Barrow is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. This section concerns the website only; liability for shipments is governed by the written agreement for each program or shipment and applicable transportation law.
